Draft for early access · Last updated October 24, 2026
Note: this is a plain-language starting draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It should be reviewed against the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and any other law that applies before paid plans launch.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Workspace content: the products, projects, tasks, documents, releases, beta tester records and feedback you enter.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and IP addresses used briefly to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you: to sign you in, store and show your workspace, and protect accounts from abuse. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your workspace content to train models.
Private by default
Everything in a workspace is visible only to its members. Offstage does not publish, index or share your content. Beta tester details you record are visible only to you; Offstage does not contact your testers.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The marketing site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font is fetched.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Archiving a product hides it but keeps its data. To delete your account and workspace, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can access and correct your data in the app, and ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time.
