Draft for early access · Last updated October 24, 2026
Note: this is a plain-language starting draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it reviewed before charging customers.
Early access
Offstage is in early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Paid billing is not active; no plan is charged during early access.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity in your workspace. Use an email address you control.
Your content
You own everything you put into Offstage. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
What Offstage does — and doesn't do
Offstage helps you plan work and assess launch readiness. Readiness scores and approvals are records of your own judgement. Offstage does not test, deploy, publish or host your product, and does not guarantee that a product marked ready is free of defects.
Acceptable use
Don't use Offstage to break the law, to store data you have no right to store, or to try to access other workspaces.
Ending your use
You can stop using Offstage at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, Offstage Capital is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
